Thank you for participating in the OCCAY - Online Career Counselling Academy project. Co-funded by Erasmus+, OCCAY helps career counsellors across Europe assess and improve their digital skills, navigate the digital world confidently and provide professional online career counselling services.

The current self-assessment test offers a simple and uncomplicated way to evaluate your digital competencies relevant to your everyday professional life in guidance. The results will show you your strengths but also your potential. In this way, you will help us develop the needed training content, gathering information to offer practical online consulting tools for career counsellors (for further information on OCCAY, please check www.occay.eu). In the following questions, you will read about different situations related to applying digital skills into practice. Answer them to assess your competencies. Let's start!

Your company has been going through a digitalisation process. All administrative documents and related procedures are now digitally compiled. From today, you must register all your new clients in your database. A new client applied, and she submitted all digital documents (CV, certificates and ID):*

You know how to establish the validity of a digitally signed certificate and the national and European rules regarding the processing of personal data.

Your client has found an exciting job opportunity: a remote job for a foreign employer. The contract is clear and translated in its main part, except for one paragraph.
